This Saturday, Notre Dame will host one of the most important recruiting events in program history. With around 70 top recruits expected on campus for the Irish’s first home game against No. 18 Texas A&M, the energy and stakes couldn’t be higher.
Several elite recruits and commitments will be in attendance:
- Javian Osborne – Notre Dame commit, four-star RB from Forney, Texas, actively recruiting top players via social media.
- Phoenix Evans – Five-star 2028 safety from Ramsey, New Jersey, ranked the third-best safety nationally and top player from his state.
- Mark Matthews – Five-star 2027 offensive tackle from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, ranked the second-best OT in his class.
- Monshum Sales – Five-star 2027 wide receiver from Indianapolis, Indiana, the second-best WR nationally and top player in Indiana.
- Joshua Dobson – Five-star 2027 cornerback from Fort Mill, South Carolina, ranked second-best CB nationally and the top player in South Carolina.
Notre Dame’s run to last season’s national championship game is apparently paying dividends, drawing some of the nation’s top talent to South Bend. A strong performance against Texas A&M, combined with a first-class game-day experience, could make this a transformative moment for Notre Dame recruiting.
This is more than just a game—it’s a historic opportunity for Marcus Freeman and his staff to showcase the Irish as a destination for elite talent and set the stage for years of sustained success.
