Start making plans for the 2022 Shamrock Series game.
Fresh off a Shamrock Series victory this past week in Chicago, Notre Dame announced today plans for the next Shamrock game to be held on October 8, 2022 against BYU at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.
This will be the 11th edition of the game which has been played most years since its inaugural in 2009. the Irish are a perfect 10-0 in the series and last played BYU in 2013. Allegiant Stadium, located on the South end of the world famous Las Vegas Strip, opened in 2020 and is the NFL home of the Las Vegas Raiders. The Stadium also serves as the home of UNLV football.
